Terms of Service

1. General Conditions
By posting a message on Leave It To The World, you agree that your submission — your message text, the name you sign with, the date, and your country — may be publicly displayed on our website for as long as the service operates.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to submit content on this website. By submitting a message, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. The Service Is Free
Every card on this wall is free. No payment is taken, no payment details are collected, and nothing on the wall is for sale. There is no paid option and no paid position.
If you would like to support the running costs, there is a voluntary link to Ko-fi on the wall. Supporting is entirely optional and gives you nothing in return — no better card, no better position, no badge. It is a gift, not a purchase.
The wall is a work in progress. We may remove any card, adjust how the wall works, or reset the wall entirely. By posting you accept that your card may not remain permanently. This is confirmed by the checkbox shown before you post.
4. The Cards
All three are free. They differ only in how the card looks.
Plain. A standard-size card, your choice of font and colour, and a clean frame.
Framed. Everything in Plain, plus your choice of one animated frame.
Grand. Everything in Framed, on a card twice the size.
Message text is limited to 100 characters and the signature to 30 characters.
5. Your Email Address
We ask for your email so we can send you a direct link to your card, and to keep one person from filling the wall. It is never shown publicly and never shared. See our Privacy Policy.
Up to five cards may be posted per email address and per network address per day.
6. When a Card Is Considered Published
Your card is considered published at the moment it becomes visible on the wall, which happens immediately after you confirm.
7. How Cards Are Placed on the Wall
The wall has no fixed positions. New cards are placed near the centre and move outward as other cards are added.
No position on the wall is guaranteed, permanent, or reserved, and this applies equally to all three kinds of card. The difference between them is the size of the card and the choice of frame, not its placement.
Any visitor may use the Boost feature to move a card one step closer to the centre, limited to once per card per IP address per day. Boosting is a free feature offered as a courtesy. We do not guarantee that it will remain available, and no outcome or final position is promised.
8. Copyright and Content Ownership
You confirm that you own or have all necessary rights to any text you submit. Leave It To The World is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from user-submitted content.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and reproduce it on the website and in connection with promoting the service, for as long as the service operates.
9. No Impersonation or False Attribution
You may not falsely claim, state, or imply that a submission was created, authorized, or endorsed by another person — including public figures — unless you have that person's genuine authorization to do so.
10. Acceptable Content
Submissions containing offensive, hateful, inappropriate, adult, or illegal content are strictly prohibited, as are links, email addresses, and phone numbers.
Submissions are screened by an automated content system before the card is published. In rare cases where automated screening is temporarily unavailable, content may be published and later reviewed manually.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any submission that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or the safety and integrity of the platform, at any time. If you believe your submission was removed in error, contact us within 14 days for review.
11. Immediate Performance and Right of Withdrawal
Cards are free and no purchase is made, so no statutory right of withdrawal arises.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leave It To The World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or its services.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leave It To The World from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your submitted content or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Leave It To The World regarding your use of the website.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
